Family, Friends, Favorite Places...
In My Life
"There are places I'll remember, all my life, though some have changed.
Some forever, not for better, some have gone and some remain.
All these places had their moments, with lovers and friends I still
can recall.
Some are dead and some are living, in my life, I've loved them all.
But of all these friends and lovers, there is no one compares with you.
And these memories lose their meaning when I think of love as something new.
Though I know I'll never lose affection for people and things that went
before,
I know I'll often stop and think about them, in my life, I love you more."

Terence
Terence is the man who captured my heart, my mind, my body. He
opened the floodgates when he came into my world. He is sweet,
romantic, charming, handsome, sexy, witty, intelligent and fun. I
would marry him over and over again. I find it enriching to love him
and be wholeheartedly devoted to him.
Terence has such a great sense of humor, my favorite thing is to be
with him laughing and light-heartedly enjoying each other's company.
I love to listen to his sexy voice and gentle English accent, especially
when we are on one of our "dates."
I have such admiration for his strength of character, dedication and
commitment to what he sets his mind to... I hope some of that quality
"rubs off" onto me!
The Long and Winding Road
"The long and winding road
that leads to your door,
will never disappear.
I've seen that road before,
It always leads me here,
lead me to your door."

Now and Then
"Now and then you see a soul and you fall in love
You can't do a thing about it.
In you I saw someone that I recognized
Had no idea what was in your mind
I met your eyes and I was hypnotized
I let our lives become entwined
Now and then you see a soul and you fall in love
you can't do a thing about it."

Katherine
Here is the most precious little being that ever rocked my world.
Katherine is a smart, intense, inquisitive, perceptive, spunky,
playful child... what I would deem a very "special soul." She is six
years old, but at times there is something about her that seems so
advanced for her age. From the time she came to live with us (at
two years and ten months), I detected something magical and unique
about her... she is somebody to be reckoned with, someone who knows
her mind, and is not afraid to be herself.
Katherine is developing a sense of humor like her Poppa's. The two of
them joking around or snuggling together has got to be the most beautiful
sight to my eyes!
I Will
"Love you forever and forever,
love you with all my heart.
Love you whenever we're together,
love you when we're apart.
When at last I find you,
your song will fill the air -
Sing it loud so I can hear you,
make it easy to be near you,
For the things you do endear you to me,
ah, you know I will."

Helen Marjorie
My mother is a strong and giving individual. I use to think
(when I was a teenager) that she didn't understand me, and wanted
me to be someone that I wasn't. But, as the years went by, we grew
to sustain, and nurture, a mutual love and respect of one another. Now
that I have my "own" child, I realize all the "day-to-day" things
that my mother did for me... all the abundance of time, love, effort and
material things that she willingly gave to me and my brothers. In
order to be a good parent, there is an overwhelming amount of
giving involved. My brothers and myself have benefited
from her dedication and love.

I am adding some photographs of my family, and extended family. For now it is just photos and their names, but soon I will have something to say about all of them!

Gallery of Friends
I am adding some photographs of my friends. I plan to eventually say something about all of them, but for now, I am just displaying some of their photographs and names. As I go along there will be more friends popping up too, as I have only scanned a few photographs so far.
